Exp: 2-5Yrs

Location: Chennai NSIC Park Guindy

Key Skills: Manual Testing/ Automation Testing/ Selenium

Notice Period: Need Immediate to 1 Week.

Job Description:

• Provide leadership and direction for software quality assurance (QA) personnel to provide support on all software engineering deployments
• Create a Testing Architecture discipline and resources to lead test strategy development for enterprise and complex systems, defines test environment and test data requirements.
• Develop and execute an effective test framework with tools and technics for manual and automated testing.
• Quickly Understand client domain and the product/project requirement/solution in detail .
• Create and implement strategies to drive the quality of the product/projects
• Drive test strategy, automation framework, test plans, collaborate with partner teams .
• Continuously raise the bar for QA practices & processes for QA team - Evangelize QA and be highly visible as the champion of QA to both internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate must have : - Strong analytical skills and tactics in problem-solving .

• Good people management skills with a proven track record in hiring and developing a team of QA
• Strong QA background in defining and leading effective quality assurance processes for products and projects, in manual and automated testing .
• Proven track record in implementing automated testing tools and frameworks .
• Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment
