Position Description: -
The position holder shall be responsible for understanding and evolving changing customer needs while ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction in stipulated time frame.
Job Summary:
Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while upselling.
Clarify customer doubts, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or issues
Meet customer requirements through first - contact resolution
Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
Knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.
Experience in client handling and product selling.
Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets
Experience:
It is an individual contributor role.
Must be a Graduate.
