Require Dy. Project Manager- Site

Profiles from core Real Estate Industry will only be considered.

Job Description:

1.Required skill for major civil constructions works like High Rise Buildings, Real Estate Construction, Modern infrastructures,
2.Experience with Fast track residential / Commercial High rise projects, Finishing Work, precast works.
3.Liaison with consultants for updating of site activities and plan progressive schedules and civil work approvals.
4.He will be responsible for planning, estimation, BBS and timely construction of the Projects.
5.Excellent in handling, AUTO CAD, reading & understanding the drawings, Knowledge of QC at site.
6.Identification of right contractors for timely execution of Civil Works and Co-ordination with the site team for proper implementation.
7.He must be High degree of Technical & Managerial competencies and result oriented with good interpersonal skills and an excellent man-management qualities
8.Site safety requirements and implementation.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Civil

PG: Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
