Job Description

Documentation, Contract Management:

• Drafting legal documents /agreements
• Vetting of legal documents.
• Investigation of title /due diligence in respect of property matters.
• Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities including Service Level Agreements, NDAs, Distribution Agreements including Online Distribution Agreements, Loan related Agreements, Software License Agreements, Referral Agreements, Agreements relating to Advertising and Branding.
• Review of all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive managements attention.
• Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted.

Advisory work, Court Matters:

• Giving opinion advices on various legal issues impacting business.
• Keep complete update of change in legal and regulatory requirements affecting business
• Supporting and Handling all sort of civil and criminal court cases including138 matters, Consumer matters, Labour matters.
• Drafting of Pleadings for litigation matters.
