Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Manage deliverables from multiple component projects to schedule with competing priorities simultaneously.2. Drive Design, development and implementation of requested changes to program components by working with hardware, electronics, embedded software, applications, supply chain, and manufacturing leads.3. Identify and drive closure on issues and gaps as well as maintain focus on continuous improvement.4. Ensure the scalability, performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues across the depth and breadth of the integrated architecture through the respective functional leads.5. Manage stakeholder deliverables and expectations, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication within the organization.6. Demonstrate strong understanding of customers and customer environment.7. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal compliance process, how to apply it and ensure that legal risks to Grey Orange are mitigated. Minimum Qualifications:- 7+ years of total professional experience with 4+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager in a product/enterprise company with having great exposure in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- BE/B.Tech Graduate (Mandatory)
- Ability to define, develop and clearly articulate requirements.
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical content to both engineering and business stakeholders.
- Prior experience leading programs in a product development environment
- Ability to thrive in a start-up culture, high degree of flexibility in taking ownership of diverse set of tasks and deliverables to meet overall team goals
- Ability to influence and drive results across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries.
Experience : 8- 10 years
2. There has to be at least some experience in agile/scrum at E-commerce companies.
3. TESTING/DEVELOPER background who grew as program manager is a must.
4. The ideal candidate will be 8 years of experience in which he would be Developer or tester and then gradually moved to Program manager side fro 2 to 3 years with Agile and Scrum experience and from E-commerce background
Salary : 30 LPA including variables
