Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handle Customers for Sales of Vehicle with clear Understanding.
2. Handle Customer for product information, specification.
3. Manage leads, prospects and potential buyers effectively.
4. Execute customer retention campaigns and initiatives.
5. Plan for timely sales lead closure and vehicle delivery.
6. Maintain post-service, follow-up schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Organize work to meet expected timelines and quality.
8. Work effectively with colleagues and other teams by using proper communication methods.
9. Implement the steps required to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
10. Establish safe, healthy and environment friendly surroundings in the organization.
11. Offer & take test drive with customer for awareness and understanding features advantages and benefits ( FAB)
12. Lead / Enquiry Generations by various sources including field work.
13. Handle necessary documentation and internal CRM/ DMS as applicable.
14. Front face of company and working with all cross functional teams
15. Meeting sales targets as per brand and dealership.

Key needs
Requirement for the Post
1. Candidate must have 2 wheelers Vehicle.
2. Candidate must have 2 wheelers & 4 wheelers license
3. Ready to travel to customer, promotional events, field work for business development and understanding needs.
4. Report to respective Team leader Sales & hierarchy.
5. Understand commercials for billing and payments.
6. Basic knowledge of RTO process
