Qualification Required : Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience Required : 0 - 5 Yrs

Salary : 1.8 LPA to 2.2 LPA

Skills Required : Good Communication skills and basic computer knowledge Job Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Blended process, professionally to provide information about products and services.
2) Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
