We are looking for HR Recruiter (only Male candidates)

Job Description:

Handling End-to-End Recruitment
Should have IT recruitment experience.
Getting the requirement from the team, sourcing profiles through Job Portals
Screening and selecting the best profiles as per the job requirements.
Initiating successful shortlists, potential offers and placements.
Should possess sound knowledge on Recruitment cycle and Recruitment Matrix.
Should be Passionate and Go-getter.

Add-on Skills:

Excellent English communication, both written and spoken skills.
Telephonic and e-communication skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Skill to search on various search engines including the job portals for the specified consultants.
Knowledge of different technologies and the terminology of the software development environment.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
