Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing all check-in and check-out tasks
- Managing online and phone reservations.
- Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Mandate SKills.
- Candidate must have proper Computer Basic knowledge.
- Should be able to maintain records on MS- Excel or any other provided software.
- Should be professional.
- Should be Graduate or UG.
Salary- Upto 15000 + Food + Room
Location - Rishikesh ( Ambika Resort)
