Skills Needed:
- Good Communication Skills as they will be frontending UK customer.
- Basic networking skills
- Good exposure in OSPF and troubleshooting
- CCNA certified/knowledge, not mandatory though
- Servicenow preferred not mandatory
Shift time: rotating shift ( 5 night shifts per month is mandatory)
