• Excellent communication skills English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Good understanding of responsibilities.
• Passionate about learning new skills.
• Able to work with own initiative and tight deadlines.
• Ability to priorities workload in a demanding team environment.
• Experience & knowledge of handling each and every managerial activity in corporate firm.
• Good follow up skill.
• Handles the tasks of attending visitors and organizing meetings.
• Performs other administrative tasks as required.
• Attending calls and visitors
• Maintaining attendance register as well as visitor register.
• Drafting Letters.
• Follow up from contractor regarding materials.
• Changing the Minor changes in (Auto-cad) drawing by the designers.
• Coordinate appointment to show the prospective buyer.
• Understand clients needs and propose the solution that suits them best.
• Ensure that the terms & conditions of purchaser agreements are met before closing dates.
• Comparea property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its comparative market price.
• Develop the relationship with the builders and investor and customer.
• Coordinating with engineer for the required changes of the purchases property.
• Converting prospects into buyer by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment needs of the prospects.
• Built trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customers, collaborate with other, solve problem creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Attending various seminars and update the same in ongoing project to improve the quality of work and material.
• Performs other administrative tasks as required.
• Coordinating with Website designer for the updating of project status.
• Preparing comparative analysis and updating the same &maintaining the market status on website.
