Role: Order Management

Job Location : Bangalore Ecity

Qualification : Commerce or Arts graduate only

Shifts : 24/7

Experience : 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proficient in Presentation Skills
• Detail-oriented with strong transactional case skills and ability to process high volume transactions
• Troubleshooting & problem identification skills
• Good time management skills with ability to managemultiple tasks/priorities in parallel
• Excellent communication skills in English (and any other contracted language where applicable)
• Advanced Proficiency level of written English comprehension to facilitate quick and meaningful communication via live chat applications
• Strong Computer literacyincluding familiarity with case management systems, email, chat, Windows- based applications, online ordering tools; ability to effectively navigate multiple systems at once to accomplish a task
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Reports
• Proficient in Client interfacing (email/chat and Voice)
• Strong Interpersonal Skills Previous experience in Supply Chain Domain or Order Management space would be an added advantage
• Manage Client interactions and Escalations
• Manage Process Metrics
• Manage Shifts and drive business metrics
• Shift Handling, Process Training
• Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues, evaluate solutions and work with their colleagues, to resolve customer issues
• Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
• Pro-active approach towards business outcomes that can benefit business and relevant initiatives to drive the same
