Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
PRIMARY TITLE: Team Leader
SECOND TITLE:
DIVISION/LOCATION: Ahmedabad
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for management of Sales Advisors for Tele sales for and achieving sales targets, Intelenet relationship, coordinate all CSA activities needs with appropriate internal Department, Manage all the activates of CSA, expectations and provide feedback, provide strategic solution to enhance the Customer Service Advisor and business.
Routine Activities
- To manage a diverse team of Sales Advisors working towards pre-defined targets
- Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate agents in a monotonous job environment
- Develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents
- Ensure daily meet of Service Level/abandoned and shrinkage.
- Regular checks on Ids of the HRMs
- Conduct daily huddles pre-shift and post shift and maintain a logbook
Conflict Resolution
- Has to be product trained and client certified
- To be accessible when a CSE has grievance that needs escalation.
- Conduct meetings regularly to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/ concerns raised by the team
- Respond and resolve issues arising out of work or from within the team or across departments that may have a bearing on team effectiveness
- Need-based escalation of decisions and ensure proper follow-up of the same
- RCA of escalation case need to be shared within 2-4 hours.
- Work jointly with quality team for improvement of quality scores and defect analysis
- Effective part of calibration along with quality and Client
Information Security
General Security Responsibilities:
- Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures of IGSPL
- Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policies and Procedures
- Ensure Id deactivation of inactive users monthly basis
Specific Security Responsibilities:
- Ensure reportees comply with the security policy and procedure of IGSPL
- Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents.
- Protect information entrusted to you.
- Follow the information labeling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.
- Follow the Clear Screen and Clear Desk Policy.
- Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.
- Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: Graduate
EXPERIENCE:
Total Experience of 2 2.5 years
Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader
