Senior Software Engineer - Analytics @ Trendsetterz

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Analytics team who is passionate about building the Analytics platform for Tact.ai. The Analytics platform will be the foundation of our vision for how our customers get Insights into their data. It will also provide us the insights into how they use our product to help us make it better. You'll build the analytics platform from scratch and deliver it with high quality, data accuracy, scale, low - latency and performance as guiding principles. As an early member of the Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying the various services and systems that power Tact.ai analytics infrastructure.

• This is an end to end engineering role where you'll be involved in all the phases of our Analytics strategy

• Drive evaluation of the right technology fit for data ingestion/query processing and visualization tools available in AWS/open source and integrate in to Tact technology stack.

• Partner with product management in driving the analytics strategy for the company and productize it

• Work closely with various engineering teams and architects on the integration of Analytics across the board

• Develop and deliver a great Analytics experience for Tact customers that is seamlessly integrated across all clients.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers

• Collaborate cross - functionally with QA, Product management, Program management, Design, Documentation and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery of Analytics features

• Bachelor s Degree in computer science/equivalent

• 7+ years of experience in delivering external customer facing products using Java(preferable)/C++/C#

• Experience in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React

• Solid software engineering experience in design/development/test automation/monitoring and management/debugging

• Hands - on experience using a cloud - based distributed computing platforms such as AWS(highly preferable), Azure, Google Cloud

• Experience in SQL and relational databases such as RDS/Postgres

• Hands on experience building scalable data pipelines, ETL processes and data visualization tools
