Job Description

Over all 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in working in Agile environment and Practicing Scrum Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. Proficient in estimation and planning Quick in conflict resolution, fruitful conversations by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect. Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process. Ability to track and remove impediments for the team Good at forecasting the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration in close consensus with the team Active engagement with Product managers, Security team members and CFT team members for Release management Good communication skills for Management reporting Scrum Certified would be preferred
