2. Source potential candidates from various job portals & social media
3. Screen incoming resumes and applications.
4. Interview candidates (via phone, video, walk-in)
5. Get knowledge of upcoming requirements from the management
6. Fulfill the complete process of a new employee (includes orientation, documentation, etc)
7. Online screening of the up-loaders. In this you have to find the up-loaders on the social media platform under the category mentioned in the board.
8. He/she should be regular up loader on the multiple platform.
9. You have to connect with up loader to inform about the platform so that we can provide the welcome kit.
10. Your first focus will be on micro up loader.
