BDM /Operation skills

Directly in charge of driving.

Responsible for sales graphs

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the Medical Representatives.

Responsible for business coverage

To achieve growth and hit sales targets per month by successfully covering the pharma marketdesignated area and surrounding districts.

To design and implement a strategic business plan that extends companys customer base and ensure its strong presence

To build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Prepare and submit periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to management team.

To promote all company products in designated area and surrounding districts.

To drive sales workforce including all Medical Representatives in designated area and surrounding districts.

To conduct credit recovery from all clients who have taken goods on credit.
