Key Responsibilities

To Recruit & Handling the Team of Sales Manager( on Roll)

To Handling Branch level all Responsibilities

To Handling Branch profit and Loss

To Handling Renewal case,

To Actives Branch Advisor

To Administer the Branch level all Grievances

To Report and coordination with Regional, zonal level Sales Team also with HR and Operation.
To maintain Advisor Relatonship for MDRT and other Club Membership.

Not required in Direct Marketing Case

have good communication & Networking skill

have own conveyance Two wheeler Must
Be punctual confident and Have Android Phone
knowledge of Life insurance Must

Have Managerial Skill

Have Team Handling Skill

Have Training skill

Have Motivational skill

Salary package will be Rs 2 lacs To 10 Lacs
