Manager/ Roles:Managerial & Training Role

Minimum Experience:

• Any Graduate/ MBA will be preferred
• Min 2 years of Experience as a **Team Leader managing tele-sales channel preferably in Health/LI channel
• Age 36 years
• CTC Max *6.50 Lacs

JOB SUMMARY:

• To manage authorized Verifier/s( tele-sales RM)
• To ensure targets are met on a monthly basis through the tele-channel unit assigned.
• To provide training on the floor as per the requirement.
• To manage strong relationship with ALL key stake holders to get expected business out of it.
• Driving Sales & Quality metrics across outlined parameters

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be in charge of getting expected business from the allocated tele-sales center.
• Understand & follow all organizations products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate to concern internal & external stakeholders
• Monitor & guide allocated authorized Verifier / Tele-callers to ensure expected business output is achieved.
• Facilitate bank tele RM by assisting in closing business especially big tickets on Phone.
• Managing and having strong relationship with supervisory chain with concern key bank stakeholders
• Monitor calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered.

KEY MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:

• Drive expected HI premium
• Drive desired ATS
• Drive productivity of AVs of getting optimum calls/Leads and optimum Lead conversion

• Bank tele set up key stakeholders including National Head, Unit Head, Team leader & RMs
• Preferred clients
