SD Lead - India support
JD:
1)Good Communication skills
2)Monthly MIS Report preparation on service desk performance
3)Sound knowledge of ITIL Methodologies & best practices- Good working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4)Basic technical knowledge of Windows 10, Networking concept - Hands on experience of working on ITSM tools like - ServiceNow etc
5)Must have experiencing of handling teams with complex processes-
6)Ability to communicate at all levels across the business.
7)Good interpersonal skills, time management and metrics management- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a high paced and changing environment- Ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements
8)Experience :6-7 yrs
Service Desk Lead (Australia & NewZeland Process)
1 Experience in Service Desk process as a Lead. (Telephonic)
2. Excellent English communication skill (Spoken & Written)
3. Having exposure to International customers
4. Preference for agents worked with Australian/New Zealand users.
5. Should possess strong technical skill sets on Service Desk IT Apps for End User Support
i. Windows OS (Windows 7 & Windows 10)
ii. MS-Office
iii. Basic knowledge of networking
iv. Hardware troubleshootingL1
v. Gmail, Google drive (basic google products)
vi. Knowledge of SAP (Added advantage) etc.
Vii Working knowledge of Service Now.
