Position: Corporate HR Executive - Talent Acquisition Team

Job Description:

• To source and perform end to end recruitment for corporate positions
• To source positions from job portals as per the role requirements given location wise Pan-India level within the defined timelines
• To find the best suit profiles for various sales channels from the given database
• Follow-up and coordinate diligently on the lined-up candidates at every stage of screening to joining stage
• Update all candidate interactions in internal database accurately and on a timely manner
• To coordinate with Head of Talent Acquisition for all activities and tasks
• To cultivate and build stakeholder relationships with business heads, zonal/regional HR for facilitating position closures
• To perform HR operations activities ranging from offer release, processing of offer documents, joining formalities, on-boarding, generation of employee code, exit formalities
• To maintain various MIS dashboards, trackers related to pan-india talent acquisition and deliver accurate reports to senior leadership team
• To engage in various projects and process improvements initiative at a corporate level

Location: Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, 7th floor, Silver Metropolis, NESCO service road, Off Western express highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
