Job Description

Vacancy with a leading Software Company in Chennai for the Role of Oracle DBA.

Job Specification:

3+ years of Oracle DBA experience
Experience in working with large scale enterprise level client.
Experience in production support environment
Excellent communication skills and have experience in taking On-Call support.
Should have experience in troubleshooting issues by coordinating with application team.
Should have experience in doing performance tuning by understanding the queries and provide recommendations.
Having hands on with Oracle 10g, 11g & 12c.
Experience in Data-guard, OEM, ASM, RAC and RMAN tasks.
Perform Day-to-day operational tasks that include storage management & security management.
Experience on PL/SQL preferred
Ability to understand the environment and start supporting it in very short time.
Good Understanding of ITIL processes
Should have experience in upgrade and patching.
Should have knowledge/experience in working with Oracle Support team
