You would be responsible for

• Counseling students and parents for various career prospects, opportunities, about the college and its deliverable, personality development and confidence building along with grievance addressable.

• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.

• Implementation of measures to enhance footfall/ query & conversion thereof thru the team

• Promotes the university and attracts new students by maintaining working relationships with other university departments; working closely with the alumni office and the publications department.

• Develop and maintain close working relationships with admission consultants across India.

• Accountable for driving enrolments in order to meet or exceed targets as confirmed by university

• Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions.

Skills we require

• have good experience in relevant roles (preferred experience in education)

• result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

• excellent written and verbal communication skills with good articulation

• a front line leader with effective communication & interpersonal skills

• ability to take up responsibilities hand on

• be able to work in a start-up / young company environment

• have strong execution discipline and time and productivity management skills
