Tech Mahindra Noida is looking for Ops Manager from an International telecom voice process.Candidate should have good experiencein managing Broadband voice Technical Support process,KPI's like customer satisfaction,FCR,CSAT/NPS.Should be able to manage productivity and service level,client calls and MBR's,approx span of 150 to 200 FTE.
