Develop and execute a sales plan for Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in infra projects, such as engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contract management.
Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on approval and sales in infra projects.
Experience selling Construction Chemical products.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
