Job Description

Position 1: Branch Manager
Locations: Attingal, Mavelikara, Ottapalam, Kanhangad, Thodupuzha & Kalpetta

Any Degree; Age: up-to 40yrs
Handling on-role team of Sales Managers
Responsible for achieving business targets for the branch through building a sustainable and productive distribution force
Identify potential catchments areas and develop distribution in them
Build Distribution through Sales Managers
Drive recruitment of Agency Partners and Agents through Branch Managers & Assistant Branch Managers
Effective management of managers in the office leading to creation of a cohesive business unit along with other functional representatives in the branch to create a robust and successful business unit
Package offered is 8 to 12 Lakhs depending on the current CTC

Position 2: Agency Manager 
Locations: Attingal, Mavelikara, Ottapalam, Kanhangad, Thodupuzha & Kalpetta

Any Degree; Age: up-to 40yrs
Responsible to manage a team of Agency Partners and get business from them.
Revenue targets of the Branch
Recruit, coach and develop Agency Partners and Agent Advisors
Adherence to Customer service standards
Conduct weekly performance review and planning for Agency Partners
Ensure retention of Unit Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Package offered is 6 to 8 Lakhs depending on the current CTC.
