, Job Analysis & Role Clarifications and deal with it Administratively
  • Provide administrative support staff and services to Line Managers
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze findings and make recommendations
  • Execute productivity and motivation programmes
  • Provide inputs into Policy & Procedures and inclusions in HR Strategic Plan.
  • Identify needs, plan, arrange, implement and monitor training
  • Provide professional guidance, assistance and advice to Line Mangers
  • Scrutinize & recommend merit increases for all employees.
  • Administer policy and manage execution in respect of Employee Benefits & Services
  • Initiate disciplinary proceedings in consultation with Line Manager.
  • Disseminate information to all employees
  • Finalize & implement all requirements in respect of Contract Manpower as per policy
  • Job Summary:

    The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
