Responsibilities and Duties:

- Ability to learn basic sales and marketing skills
- Can acquire customers through face to face marketing
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers and colleagues through personal contact or meetings etc.
- Recruit via Observation & Demonstration Mode
- Excelling in territory management
- Build a team of Strong Trainers
- Quarterly Projection
- Learn & conduct office interview's
- Planning the territory for road trips
- Learn & work towards office administration
- Team Management
