Job Description

We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.

The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firms prestige.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
• Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
• Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.

• Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Requirement & Skills

• Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
• Good Knowledge of Life Insurance & General Insurance.
• Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
• Goal-oriented
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• Graduation Degree

Salary: - 20K to 60K + Incentive

Location: - Noida/Gurgaon/Delhi/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Ahmedabad/Lucknow/Kanpur/ Bangalore/Chennai.
