Undertake customer calling to explain the product Feature Advantages & BenefitsResolve all the queries/objections of the customersUndertake calling for any special campaigns that DPLI would wish to run through its in-house tele-calling setup
JD - Making outbound calls: Contacting potential customers or existing customers to provide information about a product or service, and to sell or upsell products.
Answering queries: Responding to customer inquiries about products or services, providing information on pricing, features, and benefits, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Resolving issues: Investigating and resolving customer issues or complaints, and escalating to the appropriate team if necessary.
Data entry: Updating customer information in the company database, recording call logs, and other related data.
Customer service: Providing excellent customer service, building rapport with customers, and ensuring that customer needs are met.
Sales targets: Achieving sales targets by promoting and selling products or services.
Reporting: Preparing reports on call logs, sales, and other relevant data, and submitting them to the team lead or manager
