Job Description

Our growing company is looking for an assistant accounting manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company. Coordinating and preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders.

 

  Responsibilities for assistant accounting manager
  • Ensure implementation of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures maintenance of the accounting system
  • Participate in the organization's Corporate initiatives to accelerate the overall close process
  • Assisting with FRB Quarterly / Annual Separate Company Reporting and Other Periodic FRB and US Government Reporting Requirements
  • Daily and periodic liquidity and capital analysis and tracking
  • Participating in special projects and support other ad hoc finance initiatives and needs
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate production of diverse parts of the consolidated financial statements and related disclosures (including Internal Reports)
  • Responsible for specific consolidation topics on global level
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual report, quarterly shareholder and supervisory board information preparing text, proof reading, number checking
  • Discuss and file master data changes with the FSS Competence Center for GRAPE
  • Manage and lead departmental internal projects
Qualifications for assistant accounting manager
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial level
  • Good knowledge of IFRS/Thai GAAP, Tax Regulation and related Thai laws
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership skill, result-oriented, and time management
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of financial software application is an advantage
  • Experience of SAP and good Excel skills are preferred
