Job Role: Admin and Project Coordinator For Training Division
Location of Job: People First Consultants, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai
Qualification & Experience: Any Graduation with - 2 to 3 years of work experience
Outreach Admin:
We offer many public online and in-person Chennai workshops and experiential sessions on a monthly basis. These programs are for people who are interested in Self Awareness, Coaching, Leading healthy & stress-free lives, living with strengths etc. For these programs the person will perform the following tasks:
- Content will be provided by us. Person needs to make basic social media material through Canva and post it in various social media
- Basic editing of audio/ visual content
- Database and email management
- Project coordination tasks
- Registration tracking, regular emailers and communication follow through
- Person needs to have the mindset and take efforts that more people get benefitted through these programs and offering
Back End Logistics and Admin:
We have many books and product inventory that we use for our training. There are also many activities that come under documentation and administration for the training division of People First. Tasks here include:
- Documentation and filing
- Inventory and product processing
- Management of books and card orders through courier and post
- Generation of reports
- Accounts support / maintenance
- Administration tasks as assigned to from time to time
Skills required
- Experience with Microsoft office tools word, excel, powerpoint
- Basic communication skills oral and written
- Basic billing knowledge and exposure preferable
- Editing software and social media backend handling exposure - preferable

- Comfortable with routine tasks and timely schedule of tasks
