Role Summary:
- To build strategy around targeting SMEs and MSME Organisations for Insurance
- To work as Taxation expert on matters related to SME organisations
- Devising tax planning initiatives for SMEs through Insurance products
- To train sales teams on matter related to Insurance Taxation
- To lead local training teams on taxation matters

Regional Training Manager (Partnership Distribution)

Sales Supervisors; Training Supervisor; PA Content & Strategy team

Key Result Areas:
1. Plan achievement from Business Insurance, NRI Insurance and HNI business
2. Success of new initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and develop relationships with Channel Heads/ CAO/ Strategy Head/ Training Heads / Training Managers Supervisors and Agents and strategize about how to drive sales within the available product range and territory.
2. Identify, educate, train and support teams and be proactive to their needs.
3. Develop Ad hoc presentation explaining selling related concepts.
4. Be product expert in order to educate and motivate field management on their product line with Sales Stories and Business Insurance & NRI insurance (includes industry training and conference)
5. Be a Scheme Manager and administer QROPS pension scheme for TATA AIA.
