Assistant Area Manager / Area Manager in the locations Undermentioned.

Job Role: Branch Manager

Recruiting and retaining a team of Sales Development Managers
Training them in Advisor recruitment and business development.
Target planning and execution according to the company's interest.
Making innovative efforts to reach customers and building a good rapport with existing customers.
Develop an Active team with growing advisors and customer base in the branch.

Selection Criteria:

Graduate
Having min 4-5 years of Life Insurance sales with agency sales.
Should have consistency and achievement in his career.
Should possess good leadership skills.
Team handling experience is preferred.
A resident of the same location is expected.

Locations are:

1. Alleppey

2. Kodungalur

3. Thrissur

4. Palakkad

5. Calicut

6. Kannur

7. Trichy

8. Coimbatore.
