#Knowledge of Job Portals is must
#Candidates must have good Hiring experience for IT/BFSI/ Manufacturing Clients.
#Proficient in Using Naukri, Shine, Monster and other job boards.
#Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
#Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
#Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
#Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
#Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, --Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
#Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
Required Candidate profile
#Candidate should have Laptop / Desktop, Call & Internet facilities is mandatory.
#Proficient in Job portals like Naukri & Shine.
#Should be able to Source Resumes for the requirements shared by us
#Candidates must be having at least 1 year of recruitment experience with any Staffing Company
