Timely collection and updating the amendments in development control regulations affecting the real estate sector. Geographical Knowledge Knowledge of Local Language Can do Property Valuation Desired Candidate Profile 1. Property valuation 2. Market/Geographical knowledge 3. Vendor engagement and management 4. Technical visits. 5. Checking & validating valuation reports given by valuation agencies. 6. Knowledge of local Construction bye laws.
