Job Responsibilities of QA/QC Manager (CWIP/AWS )

Preparation and Complying with the Approved WPS and the ITPS during Erection of Coal Handling Plant for Structural, Technological Structures like Stacker/Reclaimer/Wagon Tippler and Piping Facilities.
Responsible for Specifications, testing and qualification of welding processes, welding consumables, welding personnel, welding equipment and materials suppliers.
Preparation and maintenance of daily inspection reports, compilation of final inspection, Welding and NDT records. Carry out material receiving inspections, welding inspections as per Client Standards.
Preparation and complying with the WPS and the ITPS during Fabrication/Erection of Plant Piping, Static and Rotary Equipment.
Responsible for Specifications, testing and qualification of welding processes, welding consumables, welding personnel, welding equipment and materials suppliers.
