Job Description

Service desk Microsoft exchange, Teams, Share point support

Designation:Technical Process Specialist

  • Excellent communication skills CEFR :: B2, C1, C2
  • Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge Admin level experience with any of the Office365 Product (MS teams, Exchange, SharePoint etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migrations, hybrid migrations, Office365 application troubleshooting and general Office365 technical support.
  • Experience on Rave or DFM or Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity.
  • Research, resolve, and respond to questions in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
  • Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
  • Talents should be based out of Hyderabad
  • Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH.
  • 24*7 Shifts are mandatory
  • Split weekly offs/weekday offs.

 

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Related support Projects preferably Concierge or Premier
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
