Experience : 1-2 years

Qualification: Any UG /PG. Handle Administrative duties such as preparing Internal Memos/ Notices.
To prepare reports & MIS(Includes, Office Expense, Stationary Expense, Housekeeping & Pantry Maintenance, Office Maintenance, , Office Assets, etc).
Maintenance of office equipments like server, router, cables, connections etc.
In charge of inventory control & supplies of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock) and issuing of purchase requisitions.
Liaison and maintain relation with employees, clients & vendors.
Finding ways to improve administrative processes.
Recruitment knowledge, Knows hiring process from receiving of application to end selection.
And any other responsibility in office as assigned by superiors.
Handling & maintaining sheet of petty cash.
Ensuring of all bills & payment on time.
Skills Required
Must have knowledge in General Admin, Vendor Management, House Keeping Maintenance, Facility Management, Security Management, Material Management, office management systems and procedures, Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS World, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Resolve administrative problems
Preferred from IT background and having a vehicle.
