Job Description

Day to day user issues resolution based on functional knowledge of SAP

SAP FICO means Financial Controlling or Finance and Controlling

Escalation of issues to SAP implementation partner and their resolution

Managing user rights, approval processes alerts etc

Training to new users

Periodic backup of database

Developing queries for report generation

should have SAP HANA and MS SQL Database knowledge, crystal report, MS Excel,

SAP FICO candidates or SAP FICO + SAP PP or SAP MM will also do.
