 Cloud Support Engineer L1

Job Description


1. Primary responsibilities are to install, manage, and maintain the cloud infrastructure.
2. Installation and configuring hardware and software for cloud operations.
3. Responsible for the security and performance of the cloud.
4. System monitoring and diagnosis.
5. Provide support to end-users.

Knowledge and skills required:
1. In-depth knowledge and experience with Linux system administration and Windows system administration.
2. Exposure to cloud computing
3. Experience configuring and using hypervisors, such as KVM, Xen
4. Ability to deploy Cloud systems.
5. Ability to handle networking, particularly switching & routing.
6. Knowledge of remote desktop software solutions, such as VNC, NoVNC, and Spice
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Ability to work closely with other professionals in a team environment
9. Ability to work a variable work schedule and work outside normally scheduled work hours including day, night, weekend, and/or holiday hours, as directed

Requirement :

  • Strong LINUX Knowledge
  • Strong Cloud Knowledge
  • Comfortable with Every shift
  • Excellent Communication Skill.
