Job Description
:Technical Skills(Must Have)
Production environment support, monitoring & troubleshooting.
L1 support involvement.
Production Incident troubleshooting.
Problem Solving & Analytics.
Incident / Problem Management using HPSM tool.
Impact analysis understanding.
Software Testing from Operations perspective.
Review of release scripts / utilities /code as required.
Release deployment support.
Co-ordination with all internal teams.
MIS reporting
Required Skills
Technically sound on OS concepts, DBMS, Architecture.
Basic Knowledge of complete software development cycle, Maintenance and Operations.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attitude for continuous improvement of self & towards the work.
Skills Sets -
Basic Knowledge of
C programming
Shell scripting
Basics of Linux
