General Job Profile :

• Coordination with Clients forHR Requirements
• Understanding the client requirement & JD of the position
• Searching candidates in Database, Job Portals & Walk in Interview
• Screening & Analysis of Resumes as per JD/ Summary
• Conduct & Manage telephonic Interviews of the candidates
• Line up for Interview as per Schedule
• Maintaining and updating the database on daily basis.
• Ensuring Joining of the Candidate.
• Interacting with the clients on a daily basis to get updates on the resources as well as new requirements.
• Maintaining MIS Report, Joining Formalities & Record
• Taking care of complete Staff Data Base and preparing all letters like Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Experience and Reliving.

Qualification : Graduate/MBA/ PG ( Under graduate will consider)
Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
