Job Description

• Answering and forwarding of phone calls, Greeting visitors Accessing emails, drafting and mailing.
• Maintaining Electricity Tracker and flash it on daily basis.
• Maintaining Policy Defaulters and flash it on weekly basis.
• Verifying bills and maintaining data, ensuring approvals get attached to the bills, Admin policies are followed.
• Following up with Purchase/Vendors regarding material or advances.
• Maintaining Consumption Tracker for EB Units or Water Units.
• Preparing Quotations for any Purchase requests.
• Negotiating and ordering/following up with Vendor regarding materials.
• Handling the administration function establishing new systems in the office.
• Monitoring the services of the housekeeping staff to ensure safe and hygienic work environment for housekeeping etc.

Required Candidate profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
