Job description
Leading planning and execution functions with target of completing project(s) within defined
cost, timelines, quality and safety standards
Exploring various construction technologies, green building concepts, alternate building
materials and implementing viable solutions in projects
Preparation and review of project execution plan, resource plan, BOQ, BOR, rate analysis,
cost analysis and budget based on agreed technical specifications and GFC drawings
Tracking of project progress and avoiding / resolving deviations
Review of project designs, drawings and technical reports
Sourcing Procurement negotiation, contract award and execution / review
Key Skills Needed
BE /B.Tech. (Civil) from top rated institute with minimum 15+ year s experience in residential
building projects at mid or top leadership level position
Should have knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project and IS codes
