Agile - Should be able to support on Devops related requirement gathering, planning & Implementations
CI - Should have worked on Build setup, Pipeline creation, Secrets management & Notification.
CD - Should have worked on deployment to webservers, containers, Kubernetes. Worked on Blue-Green deployments.
SCM - Should have handled repositories.
Scripting - Should have right shift approach to automate using the shell, powershell, groovy scripting.
Infra as Code - Should have hands-on in terraform / Cloudformation.
AWS - Should have worked on Autoscaling integration and other advanced functionalities
Hands on with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, VM Ware, AWS, Open Stack, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible.
Remote troubleshooting experience. Hands on knowledge on Monitoring tools Zabbix, Nagios, OpsGenie, JiraServiceDesk Net Core 2+
Strong Windows System administration skills: Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
Sound knowledge on Microsoft Windows services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WDS, WSUS, etc. Jenkins, Git workflow,

Understanding of ServiceDesk, SLA metrics, Strong working knowledge on
ITIL (Change, Incident & Problem Management)

Produce monthly reporting activity, system performance and associated RCA on outages.
Respond to incident tickets and provide updates in a timely manner. Escalate where necessary
