Job Description
*Creating the business marketing strategy and developing a brand's presence.
* Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
* Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and budgets for the Marketing department.
*Developing plans to establishing our brands, allocating resources to different projects and setting short term department goals.
*Ensure brands message is strong and consists across all channels and marketing effort ( like event, mail campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
* Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
*Coordinate sales and market efforts to boost brands awareness.
*Lead the marketing team with clear division of responsibilities and accountability.*Work closely with other HOD like Operations finance, and Procurement to ensure planning , forecasting and alignment of marketing plan roll-outs.
Qualifications
1> MBA/PG Diploma Marketing (Must)
2> Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management (Desirable but not essential)
Minimum Experience
1> 5 years experience with International QSR brands of which 3 years as Marketing Head / Manager
2> OMAN /GCC work experience is a must.
