We are currently looking for a Recruiter for a leading job placement consultancy in Rajkot. Please find the attached details below:    Designation: Recruiter   Experience: Freshers can apply, all training will be provided.   Work profile: Searching and scheduling candidates on job portals as per the organizational demand. Arranging interview as per requirement of various organization.   Posting and advertising on job portals.   Planning and coordinating between the organization and Candidates.    Screening, short - listing, the resumes based on clients brief from internal data basis.  Collecting maximum relevant information of the candidates through telephonic interview.    Scheduling interviews, regular follow up & obtaining feedback from the client till the assignment closed.   Maximum efforts for achieving targets.    Provide timely hr reports to the hr head. Regular follow up with the candidates to ensure his / her joining with the time.    Generation of leads from the candidates.    Handling of selection procedure of every candidate from joining to completion of all the formalities.    Reporting all recruitment report as per the timelines.   Skills required: Good English communication, basic computer, email drafting.    Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM   Location: Rajkot.    Salary: Depends on skills and interview performance   Gender: Any
