A Day of HR Recruiter at Leading Life Insurance Company - Reliance Nippon Life Insurance

Experience - 1 to 2 years of hardcore recruitment in non IT profiles in consultancies or more. Smart and aggressive. Freshers are welcome with HR knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Sourcing Resumes from different portals like shine.com to recruit sales and BFSI profiles for PAN India branches of RNLIC.
• Pre-Screening Resumes and Shortlist them as per given set of eligibilities. 
• Scheduling their interview for relevant locations and following-up aggressively.
• Taking references from candidates and other means to source profiles.
• Maintain data on daily activity for recruitment.
• Coordination with direct candidate and the Zonal HRs
• Keeping candidates Warm until end.
• Experience in Bulk hiring on Sales profile.

 - Work From Office

 - HSC/Graduate

 - 1-2 yrs of experience in Non IT Recruitment
