Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:

Responds to customer inquiries related to electricity or Telecom queries, reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.

Qualification:Min UG OR Graduate

Experience:0 to 6 Month

Shifts: Day OR Rotational (One side cab during odd hours)

Salary:14000 to 16000 In hand

Shifts: Day OR 24*7

Age Limit :18 to 32

Languages: English Hindi & Marathi
